When the leading men’s magazine FHM have released the nude pictures of Veena Malik, she denied it and stated that it is been morphed by the company. After this in next to no time, with the advice of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, Veena slammed the legal notice to the magazine and as well quoted to pay Rs 10 Crore for the damage of her reputation.
However now the situation has even hot more heated as the leading magazine, which the Pakistani actress Veena Malik had blamed of morphing her photographs for a nude photo-shoot, has given her a legal answer back, in fact, by threatening to take legal action against her for 250 million rupees (Rs 25 Crore).
In their 11 page legal answer to Veena’s notice, FHM India firmly rejected that Veena’s picture had been morphed, and said that it is 100 percent authentic and as well she was the one who had at first requested the magazine for her nude photo-shoot.

Express Tribune stated FHM India as expressing in their legal notice that,
“Your client allowed our clients for her photo-shoot plus video shoots which were taken by our clients in the company of the permission and authority of your client. Your client desired to carry out a sexy, bold and in-your-face photo-shoot and to convey intention for the same she has as well mailed her photos of her in Bikinis etc to give an idea about that she was in an excellent figure for a photo-shoot for FHM.”
The notice ended by declaring the compensation worth of 250 million rupees (Rs 25 Crore) and notifying the actress to say sorry for making fake argues in the press conference.
Previously, Veena Malik had slammed a compensation of 100 million rupees (Rs. 10 Crore) on FHM Indian which was followed it up by filing a police complaint in Mumbai and as well a complaint to the cyber crime division in opposition to the magazine’s editor and photographer.
