(Getty Images)» Demi Moore's "mystery man"  (via Ericbuterbaugh.com) Just two weeks after announcing her plans to divorce Ashton Kutcher, rumors surfaced about Demi Moore's dive back into the dating game. But, turns out the "mystery man" she was spotted with this week is just a friend. Seriously.

The 49-year-old actress, who skipped Thanksgiving in Paris with her daughters, was spotted out in Hollywood with florist Eric Buterbaugh. The two dined at the Sunset Tower and seemed to be having a great time -- a completely platonic great time.

There are many signs pointing to why Buterbaugh and Moore are strictly pals. One reason: He was invited with Moore and Kutcher on their camping trip in October, right after the Sara Leal affair rumors surfaced, as a last-ditch effort to work out their marriage. Another: Mr. Buterbaugh is in fact gay.

"She was just with her friend having a nice night out," an insider said of Moore's recent night on the town (via Us magazine).

Of course, the preliminary reports about the outing suggested romance was in the air. Another source without a name said: "Demi looked good, and like she was ready to be seen out. She was in deep conversation with her male companion."
