Recently we came to knew that the beautiful ‘Murder 2’ girl Jacqueline Fernandez lost her pivotal role in Rakesh Roshan’s Krrish 2, as a female lead opposite Hrithik Roshan, apparently to refuse lock lips with Hrithik. However, now as per the sources the actress has already been presented one more just as attractive character, which was at first open to Sonakshi Sinha, in ‘Race 2’, produced by Ramesh Turani and directed by Abbas-Mustan.

A close source to the production unit revealed that the director and producer together came to knew that Jacqueline is been now out of Krrish 2, and so they right away got in touch with the actress to propose her an important role in their movie Race 2. Further added that Sonakshi was at first brought on the project for the same position, but as she quoted the date problems as a motive to opt out, the makers were in hunt of a substitute, and therefore Jacqueline Fernandez has been roped in to portray her part.
The movie as well stars Deepika Padukone, Ameesha Patel, Saif Ali Khan, Anil Kapoor and John Abraham in lead roles. Confirming the news Ramesh Turani said that they had indeed signed the actress Jacqueline in position of Sonakshi. He further added that they would commence the shooting of it from November 2011.
