ramcharan has set the eye directly on Bollywood. Initially before the happening of ‘Orange,’ he wanted to debut with a Hindi film titled ‘Welcome to the Jungle,’ a forest adventure. When ‘Orange’ flopped, the idea was dropped. Latest buzz is Cherry keen to make his B-town entry with remake of Amitabh’s all time blockbuster ‘Zanjeer.’ A media report brings out the confirmation from close sources of ramcharan. Talks are on and Cherry is in negotiations with children of Prakash Mehra for either remaking the film or purchasing the remake rights outright. ‘Nothing has been finalized yet. Many producers and actors are approaching us for buying the rights of ‘Sharabi’ and ‘Zanjeer.’ Details of the interested parties can’t be revealed. As soon as something concrete happens, we will disclose the details,’ said a source from Mehra’s office. With in a month or two after the completion of ‘Racha,’ we are to hear an official word from ramcharan about his launch in Bollywood and that could well be with ‘Zanjeer.’ |
